Vision and Mission Statements

To honor God by providing compassionate, whole-person care to every individual entrusted to MedPeace.

Loving God by serving others through compassionate, personalized, and evidence-informed family care that supports each patient’s health, dignity, and peace of mind.

  • At MedPeace, we believe excellent healthcare begins with listening. Your health is more than a diagnosis, a lab result, or a list of medications. It is your story, your daily life, and your goals for feeling well. We provide compassionate family care that considers the whole person and creates practical, individualized plans for both immediate concerns and long-term wellness.

  • Our approach is guided by evidence-based recommendations from trusted public-health authorities while recognizing that every patient’s needs and circumstances are unique. We emphasize prevention, healthy lifestyle strategies, early identification of health concerns, and clear patient education so you can make informed decisions about your care.

  • Medication can be an important part of treatment, but more medication is not always better medicine. When clinically appropriate, Dr. Abdo carefully reviews medications for safety, necessity, side effects, interactions, and continued benefit. Through shared decision-making, he may recommend deprescribing, safely reducing or discontinuing medications that are no longer needed, rather than simply adding another prescription. No medication should ever be stopped or changed without guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.

Personalized Evidence-Based Primary Care

Focus on Long-Term Health

At MedPeace, you will be provided with personalized primary care plan that looks beyond isolated symptoms. This approach recognizes that health is influenced by many connected factors, including medical history, lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, stress, medications, hormones, inflammation, metabolic health, and preventive needs. MedPeace offers primary care with a thoughtful focus on long-term wellness. Rather than waiting until concerns become more serious, Dr. Abdo works with patients to identify risks early, address contributing factors, and create realistic plans that support better health over time as well as spiritual health.

Biochemical analysis offers invaluable insights into most chronic diseases known in our culture. That is why there is significant emphasis on the nutrition, metabolism, lifestyle habits, sleep patters, etc. ost people are usually aware of the relationship between the cholesterol and cardiac risk but often are not able to bring these numbers into recommended ranges.

Care may include attention to cardiometabolic health, blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, weight, hormone-related concerns, nutrient status, cognitive well-being, medication use, digestive health, inflammation, and other factors that affect how patients feel and function. The goal is not simply to respond to illness, but to help patients protect their health, improve daily well-being, and remain active through every stage of life. At MedPeace, we believe that patients deserve more than rushed appointments and generic recommendations. Dr. Abdo invests time in listening and explaining options grounded in evidence-based medical practices. Healthcare works best when the patient and provider work together.

MedPeace provides comprehensive primary care through secure telehealth to established patients, as well as medical office or home visits when clinically appropriate. This model makes it easier for patients to receive timely care for many non-emergency concerns without driving to an office, sitting in a waiting room, or delaying care because of a busy schedule.

Dr. Abdo provides individualized, evidence-informed care for both acute concerns and ongoing health needs. He considers not only the immediate problem but also the factors that may be contributing to it. Care plans may include medications when appropriate, lifestyle guidance, laboratory testing, imaging, referrals, preventive screening, and follow-up support. Many health concerns can be safely managed through telehealth. However, Dr. Abdo will recommend an in-person visit, urgent-care evaluation, specialist referral, or emergency treatment whenever a patient’s condition requires it.

Services Provided

MedPeace may provide the following services, based on each patient’s needs and clinical appropriateness:

  • Evaluation of acute symptoms and ongoing health concerns

  • Personalized primary-care and preventive-care planning

  • Medication management and refill support

  • Medication and supplement review

  • Deprescribing discussions when a medication may no longer be necessary or beneficial

  • Lifestyle guidance related to nutrition, sleep, physical activity, stress, and weight management

  • Laboratory orders through local laboratories, including Labcorp or Quest when appropriate

  • Imaging orders and referrals for additional evaluation

  • Care coordination with specialists and other healthcare professionals

Dr. Abdo prescribes and manages medications within his clinical scope, education, certification, and applicable regulations. Some medications, including certain controlled substances, may require in-person care, specialist management, or may not be appropriate for telehealth treatment. MedPeace also believes medication decisions should be thoughtful. Not every illness requires a prescription, and not every symptom is best managed by adding another medication. Dr. Abdo considers evidence, safety, potential risks, and each patient’s individual circumstances before making treatment recommendations.
